CoCo's Taste Collection is pleased to offer returns on items purchased. All merchandise must be returned in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, washed, altered, damaged, free of stains, odors, pet hairs, or smells including deodorant or perfumes. All tags must be attached when returned.

ALL items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. In the event that you receive a damaged item, we want to apologize! Notification must be made to us within 5 business days of delivery. A member of our team will respond to you within 48-72 hours.

NOTE: WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGES. NO REFUNDS.

If you would like to return/exchange your items:

• Please contact us to ensure availability of your items. 
• Pay cost of shipping through a courier of your choice; USPS, Fedex, etc.
• Include full name, order number, reason for exchange and contact number or email clearly on the parcel.
• Once we receive your parcel, please allow up to 7 business days for the exchange. A confirmation email will be sent to you once processed and shipped.
