DO YOU HAVE A STORE LOCATION?
  • Yes, we have a location based out of Orland Park, Illinois. We offer local pickup services. However, delivery services are not available.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
  • Yes, we ship worldwide. Your shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to customs charges by your native country.

Do you offer delivery services?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery services at this time. We do offer local pickup services.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
  • We currently accept debit and all major credit cards. We are working to provide additional methods of payment.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. After orders are processed, please allow an additional 2-3 days for shipping confirmation and receipt of a tracking number. Just a reminder that tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update. We do offer same day shipping on orders placed by 4pm CST. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship out the next business day. 

DO ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
  • Yes, we offer returns and exchanges. PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. 
  • ALL items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. In the event that you receive a damaged item, the notification must be made to us within 5 days of delivery. A member of our team will respond to you within 48-72 hours.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
  • Unfortunately, once an order has been processed we are unable to cancel it.

CAN I MODIFY MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
  • If your order has NOT been processed, we can adjust the shipping address. If your order has already been processed, we CANNOT adjust the address and will NOT be held responsible for the error made on the buyer's end.

DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS?
  • We do our best to restock items, however, this is not guaranteed. We recommend purchasing the items that you love before they sell out.
